Fastline LM diamond flap discs results from the huge experience of Sorma in stone’s polishing. The tool’s construction made of intercalated thin diamond plates allows to obtain high removal rate typical of a rigid tool, together with finishing and ease of a flexible tool. Fastline LM can be used dry or wet to shape, bevel and for all operations that requires high or medium stock removal typically obtained by cup wheels, fiber discs or diamond polishing pads. The complete absence of vibrations, the grinding force of diamond and long life make this tool essential for a modern laboratory.

FASTLINE LM IS EXTREMELY QUICK IN REMOVING BUT CANNOT REPLACE A SINTERED CUP WHEEL ON MOST DEMANDING JOBS.

DO NOT EXERT PRESSURE: FOR PERFECT GRINDING THE WEIGHT OF MACHINE IS ENOUGH.

FASTLINE LM CAN BE USED FLAT, BUT A TILT ANGLE BETWEEN 5° AND 15° ALLOWS A HIGHER REMOVAL RATE AND PRODUCES LESS HEAT.
